What is UTDesign® Capstone?
UTDesign® Capstone pairs teams of four to six senior undergraduate students from multiple computer science and engineering disciplines with industry sponsors to advance the sponsors’ projects. The program offers a talent pipeline and outside-of-the-box solutions to complete a project for a fraction of the cost of hiring an intern or outside firm. Our teams have a track record of success, with 18 national awards and a strong reputation for excellence.
What is UTDiscovery Capstone?
UTDiscovery is the capstone program for data science, offered jointly by the School of Natural Sciences and Mathematics and the Erik Jonsson School of Engineering and Computer Science. Our students offer expertise in a whole spectrum of tools — from traditional statistical methods to modern machine learning and AI methods — providing coding and data-driven solutions for complex problems. What is UTDsolv Capstone?
UTDsolv is a business platform at the Naveen Jindal School of Management (JSOM) that connects companies with teams of talented senior undergraduate students who develop alternative solutions to a business problem during one or two semesters. At the end of the semester(s), the student teams provide final project reports and infographics and present their final solutions to the project sponsor.
